What Could Be The Lump On My Right Lower Back?

I have a fairly large lump on my right lower back, a little more than an inch from my spine. It does not particularly hurt, is fairly hard. I'm not sure if it is mobile because it is in a fatty area. I noticed it about 2 months ago, and has not changed in size or firmness since then. I have been noticing some tingling in my appendages, especially my legs but I have always had that around menstruation. I'm just not sure if this is something major or minor. Thank you.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipo, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. Yoh should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
Surgical excision is the treatment of choice for most of the lump.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
