What Could Be The Pain In Lower Left Side Near Waist?

I have been experiencing a dull pain in my lower left side probably about 2 inches lower than my natural waiste line. The time it is most uncomforatbale is when I am laying down. OSmetime I cannot lie on my side. I do not feel any tumore in there. What do you think?
