What Could Be The Raised Mole Outside Labia?

I have a raised mole on the outside of my labia... it's one dark, like the size of a sharp pencil tip, and it's on top of what looks like a mosquito bite, but it's a dense mound of skin. I pulled out the mole, core and all, and white puss started coming out. I'm sorry, I know it's gross, but I was getting scared so I just wanted to get rid of it so I picked at it. The mound of skin is still there, and the little bit where the mole was is bleeding a little. I'm a virgin... but could it be an STD? Could it be cancer?
