What Could Be The Reason For Black Stool And Side Pain Inspite Of Having Pelvic Floor Dyssenergia?
I have been having black poop the last few days I think from Pepsi. I am unsure cause I have digestive problems. I have pelvic floor dyssenergia. I have have colonoscopy with no problems but a small ulcer from the prep. I have side pain from straining but I am not sure, I got a cat scan of my abdomen and there was no lproblems. The pain is still there thou. But the it s not correlated with the poop
hello dear, i think you are having a upper gastrointestinal bleed may be due to gastric or peptic ulcer which can be diagnosed by upper GI endoscopy. the black stool you are told is called melena which is Passage of dark-colored, tarry stools, due to the presence of blood altered by the intestinal juices of upper gastrointestinal tract including stomach and duodenum area, this area is seen on upper GI endoscopy. check your haemoglobin regularly and take proper treatment to increase your haemoglobin to avoid chronic anemia and their complications but obviously treat the cause first. if nothing help try capsule endoscopy to visualize all your gut to find out the disease area thank you
