What Could Be The Reason For Having Bleeding From My Nostrils During Bending?

I have moved to a new home a couple months ago. Everytime I bend over with my head down, my right nostril starts bleeding and down my throat as well. This has occured for 2 weeks. This morning while I strained to have a bm, my nose really bled alot. I also some have pain in my neck on the same side where lymph nodes are on the same side. could this be dry air in my home? Stress?

Hello

There can be many reasons for the bleeding including a high blood pressure nd a sinus infection and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
Please dont ignore this as the bleeding can become massive and more difficult to treat.
Thanks
