What Could Be The Reason For Having Chest Pains, Elevated Sed Rate And Unknown Abnormal White Matter?
Hi. Ok here goes. I have been having chest pains (cardio work up done all negative) elevated sed rate, elevated c-reactive rate, unknown abnormal white matter on brain mri( neuro dr ruled out ms) low grade temp, headache , fatigue/worn down feeling and swollen lymph nodes and ankle /knee pains. I have been to a total of 6 different dr and no answers. This all started a couple months after finding a tick that was attached on my hip area which has been a 11 months ago. . Eliza lyme test was negative. So any other suggestions would be helpful to maybe discuss with one of those dr. I live in Florida
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. Your symptoms suggests scrub typhus, I am not sure if this is prevelant in your area and also it could be tuberculosis. You can discuss these two options with your doctor as both are treatable causes. The lymphnodes can be examined by an FNAC for finding out the cause as well. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
