What Could Be The Reason For Having Chest Pains, Muscle Aches And Headaches After A Bad Cough?

Hi last week on Wednesday I started to suffer a bad cough that I had already had for about a week but worsened, it caused chest pains, muscle aches and headaches, I also had the shivers when my body was hot and 2 nights my temp was 38.5. Since Sunday I feel so muh better, but still have a cough, not as bad and I am starting to bring up slight orange phlegm? Also I feel some sort of a rubbing/ crackling sensation at bottom to mid area of my left chest? Any information would be great. Thanks.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The coughing is kind of action that all the chest muscles works together along with the diaphragm this is some times reduces the blood supply in brain and this causes the headache more over this might be the allergic cough and the body pain or say malaise is just likely and this will come around soon no need to take any medicine for the fever you can try any antipyretic if you cough does not went away within one week then it need to be brought to investigation take care and nice day.
