What Could Be The Reason For Having Dizziness After Taking The Medicine?
good morning doctor, i have been prescribed Petril Md (0.25) with Dulotin 20. I feel heavy dizziness after a single dose. would it be possible for you to suggest any particular diet instructions or other instructions to improve my condition of dizziness ??
Hi! Dizziness is a known and common side effects of both medications that you are using. To prevent or reduce the feeling of dizziness, I would recommend that you: - re-consult the dose of your medications with your doctor (maybe you can use Dulotin 10mg instead of 20mg). - avoid getting up quickly from a laying or sitting position. - avoid moving or rotating your head too fast from one position to another. - Reduce the amount of sodium in your food. Also reduce the level of caffeine, nicotine and alcohol use. -If none of the above is helping, you can try to use an anti-dizziness drug after consulting this with your doctor. I hope my recommendations will be helpful for you! All the best and thank you for using healthcare magic! Regards, Dr. P.Cerri
