What Could Be The Reason For Having Tingling In Right Arm, Ear Ache And Shooting Pain On My Head?

Hi I'm worried that I might have a brain tumour.
I got a sharp shooting pain on the right side of my head a couple of months back now and it hurt me like crazy. I have had that pain for a since then but they aren't that bad as they was. Recently I have been getting tingling in my right arm and I have been getting ear ache and ringing in my ears. I have been to my general practice.
