What Could Be The Reason For My Upper Body Moving With The Heart Beat?
I have a concern about my heart. I was in a bad car accident about a week ago. I had a panic attack about 4 days ago or so. My heart has however been pounding really fast and it feels like its jumping out of my chest, may I remind you this is when I'm laying down. My entire upper body is moving with the heart beat. What could this be?

you could be having palpitations.
i usually do blood pressure check up, random blood sugar and complete blood count for patients with similar complains.
Mean while you can start with propanolol.
