What Could Be The Reason For Scalloped And Red Sore Around The Tongue?

Hello, I have an issue with my tongue. Both sides appear to be scalloped and also both sides has a small red sore. On of the sores on my left has a red border around it and white in the middle. It s not terribly painful but it is irritating. What do you think I might have?

Hello,
The type of sore you are mentioning it looks like that it is an aphthous ulcer which appears because of stress, blood deficiancy, immune deficiancy or other problems, but there is no need to worry as it heal within 1 week.
You just apply an topical ointment named mucopain or pansorel to get relieved from symptoms.
If it takes time more than that then in that case you should visit a dentist and get it examined.
Thank you
Regards
