What Could Be The Reason For Severe Headache During Sex Before Ejaculation?

hi this is just happening and has never happened before. while having sex with my wife and right before I was going to ejactulate I had this really bad pain in the back of my head. it was so bad that we had to stop and I was grabbing my head and crying it hurt so bad. please help

There is a condition which can cause severe headaches right before orgasm. This is very rare, and very difficult to treat. If this was a one time event, we may never figure out what caused the headache, and you probably have nothing to worry about. You can also try using ibuprofen or Tylenol a half hour before having sex and hopefully that will help. However, if it persists, you really need to see your doctor. we don't fully understand what causes these headaches, but it is thought that it may have something to do with a rise in blood pressure immediately before orgasm.
