What Could Be The Reason For Single, Loud Hiccups That Hurts Neck And Chest?

For about a year now, I've had this "hiccup" as that's the action that I do. But it is nt normal. It's one, singular, loud hiccup that hurts my entire chest and neck. When people hear it, they describe it Sounding like a pterodactyl. It happens between 15-30 times a day, but I don't feel it coming on. It just sort of happens. It is really concerning because of the discomfort I feel. Everyone that has heard it, says they do not know of anyone else who has this issue.
