What Could Be The Reason For The Tiredness, Dizziness And Having Low Back Pain And The Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

Hi I'm 21 years old. Recently I was under meds for a week I had a bacteria call "bacteria ph" after be done I started feeling tired and weak. 3 days ago I was really dizzy that is even felt I almost faint. I have been having low back pain but only when I go sleep. My urine is very clear. I have been eating okay. I did a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was negative . What you think this might be ?

Hi,
The weakness, tiredness,dizziness you have can be attributed to medicines taken for the infection. Your periods may get late due to the ill health.
The symptoms are smilar to pregnancy So pregnancy needs to be excluded.
.The pregnancy test ,if done earlier than 8-11 days overdue periods, needs to be repeated/blood HCG will give confirmed results for pregnancy
The back pain may be premenstrual/ early conception( depending on blood pregnancy test result.
