What Could Be The Reason Of A Mole Like Thing On Right Buttock ?

hi , have a mole like thing on my right buttock cheek which is painless and less then 1 inch not growing in size but im worried sometimes i feel i have sprain over that part help.....

It seems that you might have sebacious cyst or small lypoma or minor abscess in the past now absorbed and fibrosed.
Nothing to worry,if it increases in size or become painful,consult your doctor.
