What Could Be The Reasons For Having Chest Pain, Numbness On Left Side, Constipation And Acidity?

Hello.I have been experiencing chest pain and numbness on my left side.I. my chest arm and sometimes face as well as shooting pains.ive been to the hospital and they say my heart is fine.I am however constipated and full of gas.is it possible for gas alone to give me these symptoms?

Thanks for your query.
From your history it seems to me that you are probably suffering from gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), not only gas. For which you need to take pantoprazole 40 mg tablet twice daily before food for at least 6 weeks along with avoidance of smoking, alcohol, fatty, spicy and fast food, tea and coffee and take plenty of water 3-4 liter per day and frequent small amount of bland diet intake. I think you will be relieved by all these if you can maintain these properly.
