What Could Be The Reasons For Having Headache, Dizziness, Dark Yellow Urine And Pain In Right Side Of Body?
My girlfriend has been having headaches all week at work, last night she complained of dizziness and she felt fatigued. Today while at work she collapsed. She also said that her urine is dark yellow and that her right side of her body hurts....(kidney pancreas area) I tried to talk her to hospital and she doesn't want to go, she says that she is dehydrated, but I know she drinks a good amount of water.......Any ideas of what it could be?

The most likely possibility here is starvation, that might have developed the hypoglycaemia, encourage her for eating, and most probably she must have stop drinking the water too that might causing the yellow colour urine, every thing will be fine once she will start taking the regular food, she must have been depressed, and in a need of moral support, even if the condition persist then she need to be clinically examined, then the likely possibility would be Hepatitis, take care of her, have good day.
