What Could Be The Redness And Pain In Stomach Along With Gastric Reflux?

Hi, I went to the hospital for my endoscopy and had a biopsy and am waiting on my results. The doctor told me my stomach looked very red but couldn't find any ulcers, I have pains in my stomach and maybe once every two months gastric reflux but I constantly bring throath up. I gave also gained 2 stone.
Can anybody help me?
