Your findings suggest dyslipidemia(altered lipid profile)with raised GGT level.Increased GGT indicates liver injury. It is important to know about alcohol intake. If you take it,you should stop it immediately. Bilirubin level is within normal limit.
In such condition,I suggest my patients to take combination tablet fenofibrate 160 mg along with atorvastatin(10mg).This will better maintain lipid profile. I also suggest to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells. You should avoid fatty food and increase your physical activity.
