You have multiple problems of bleeding per rectum which may be due to diagnosed Piles or polyps as already seen on colonoscopy and hence needs a review colonoscopy and surgical treatment for polyps as well as hemorrhoids. Upper GI Endoscopy is showing hiatal hernia, GERD and peptic ulcers which need proper medical management. Soft bland diet. Control of stress and anxiety. Avoid the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems. Be stick to one specialty Doctor till you are cured and second opinion should be sought only if needed or advised by your treating Doctors to avoid confusion and having proper management. Take care.
