What Could Bubbly Sound From Stomach After Eating Suggest?

After I finish eating a good meal my stomach starts making little bubbly sounds. In my lower stomach. Is this a way of my body telling me I need to go use the bathroom now? I have no pain. No discomfort. I get check up s all the time and I m normal.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about getting bubbly sound from stomach after meals in the lower abdomen, wants to know whether this is a ways of your body telling to use bathroom now. No pain , no discomfort. Check ups normal.
Such a sound is indicative of the following:
Intestinal infection.
Sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position done particularly in the period of symptoms.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy.
Tests of stool, blood and urine
Clinical evaluation and examination during symptoms. This the cause can be found and treated.
If all the investigations are normal, this can surely go into a diagnosis of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome and then the treatment will be symptomatic.
If there is any intestinal infection a 5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic can help a lot.
