What Could Cause A Intermittent Pain In Thighs And Migraines ?
I just developed a sharp intermittent pain in my front outer thigh on the right side and about 5 inches above the knee. I am 52, female and just started walking briskly for 40 to 50 minutes for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. The pain level is around a 4 to 5 out of 10. I have also been having intermittent visual migraines for the past 3 days - they usually only last about 5 to 10 minutes and then disappear. Could this be related to my spine?
The intermittent thigh pain especially after the recent exercise regimen, could be due to a change in physical pattern, this should not be a cause for concern. All you have to do is to keep yourself well hydrated.
As for the migraines, they could be brought abput by a possible drop in blood sugar levels brought about by the recent exercise regimen. Please visit a doctor and confirm the same, for the time being try to increase your intake of fruits.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
