What Could Cause Brown Discharge?
I had brown discharge instead of a period. I am on mirena coil so usually light periods. I also suffer from constant bloated ness, I have no appetite, feel sick and extremely tired all the time. These symptoms come and go, some days I m fine others have bad abdo pain. Any idea?

Brown discharge is indicative of old blood. Nothing to be worried about.
The associated symptoms are common while on Mirena IUD. It will eventually subside in a few weeks to months.
