What Could Cause Convulsions With Vomiting After Recovering From Typhies And Malaria?

3 years old got typhies and malaria with high fever, he survied it and now he is having convoltion and it is getting worse with vomiting why? what can we do about this. they did x-ray and saying something wrong with his brain. I don't trust the doctores in goverment hospital in Kenya. can you help me to send him in a right direction.

.typhoid or malaria spreading to CNS
.due to unrelated virus or bacteria
.epilepsy
.due to disturbed metabolites
He needs proper CNS examination.
MRI brain.
EEG.
Then sos CSF examination.blood investigation like CBC,CRP,electrolytes.RBs,blood gases,ionic calcium,magnesium
