What Could Cause Delayed Periods After Unprotected Sex With HPT Negative?

My mirena came out on its own around the 3rd week of April, the last week of April I had a Slightly heavy period. About 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and he came inside me, the next morning I went and took the morning after pill. But I still haven t had a period. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came up negative.

As your HPT is negative, pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in periods can be due to mild hormonal disturbance. You can take proper hormonal tablets to get back your periods after consulting your gynaecologist.
