Hi, I am 42 years old and have had regular periods lasting 4 days every 28-30 days. This time I had a scant period after 35 days and lasted only 2 days. Whats wrong- perimenopause or could I be pregnant? We have tried IVF unsuccessfully about 2 years ago...

Chances of premenaopause is more at your age as the menopause sets in early for women who have less number of children. Chances of pregnancy can be ruled out with use of urine pregnancy test.
