What Could Cause Painful Red And White Bumps On The Tip Of Tongue?

Hey, I have a these painful red and white bumps on the tip of my tongue and it hasn t gone away since it started about 4 days ago. I believe they are canker sores but I am not positive. I tried hydrogen peroxide, chloroseptic, and a mouth sore rub on liquid. Nothing seems to help.
