What Could Cause Problem In Waking Up?

My grandma was fine this morning. She suffered a mild stroke about a year ago. She has been on bed rest and went through rehab. Like I said my grandma was fine this morning, but I went in her room and she wont wake up. She is breathing actually snoring. What do I do?

As it appears to be acute onset impairment in consciousness, you should take her immediately to a nearby hospital. She might need some blood tests to rule out any abnormality in electrolytes and blood sugar. Also, she might have to undergo a brain scan to rule out and brain lesion.
