What Could Cause Strep Throat?
I have a cold, almost seemed like strep throat for a day since it felt like i was swallowing razor blades. My throat doesn t hurt much any more but i have a cough and when i wake up my eyes are very dry. Trying to determine if i should go to work or not, any idea if this would be very contagious?

Yes streptococcus pharyngitis may can cause pain and dysphagia. Use tablet Amoxicillin and Clavulinic acid 625 mg for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Lecope-AD for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
