What Could Cause Sudden Nausea, Stomach Pain, Feeling Of Fullness, Reduced Appetite?

I am a 48 yr old female without any serious medical conditions. A week ago after eating I felt nausea and stomach pain. A week later I have no appetite and get full after eating small amount if food. Still feeling nauseous too. The site if food is not appealing. Any ideas?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you must be having gastritis, or hepatitis, or infection of the intestines.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastriscopy, ultrasound, and serum bilirubin estimation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and and antacid gel.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
