What Could Cause Tender Swelling In Mons Pubis Along With Pain Around Calves, Legs And Stomach?
Hi
I realized about 5hrs ago that my Mons pubis is swollen; it isn't painful but is a bit tender. For the pass 7 days I have been exercising: jogging and sit-ups. Mainly jogging though. I'm sore along my calves and legs as well as stomache. I have never worked out like this before nor have I ever had that area swollen.
Hi,Dear.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC. It is probably due to stretching exercises you are doing .This is called post workout muscle soreness .This will go away gradually as your body will become habitual of workout.Try to do warm up before you start your exercise. If the pain is intolerable then you can take a course of analgesic and anti inflammatory pills. Alternative ice packs and heat will also help you. If the soreness does not subside within some days then consult your GP. Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
