It is mostly seen with Tracheal pathologies like Tracheomalacia, Tracheal obstructive lesions like mass or cyst or nodule. So better to get done bronchoscopy for evaluation of Tracheal diseases. If this is normal then no need to worry much. But if any of the above mentioned disease is found then surgical correction is needed. Hope I have solved your query.
