What Could Delayed Periods With Lower Abdominal Pressure With HPT Negative Suggest?

I am very regular in my menstraul cycle I am on birth control pill and my boyfriend pulls out every time but I was supposed to start my period Friday and I still haven't started . I have taken a hpt and it was negative but I am having this lower abdominal pressure and absolutely no cramping or any sign of starting !

Wait for 1 week to get periods, as your test is negative and confirm it with USG pelvis, go for thyroid profile and if everything is normal. There is no need to worry, you will get periods as before.
