Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Could Enlarged Ventricle With High Pressure In Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I am 39 yr old female and head ultrsound of my heart, my doc said the results came back w/slightly enlarged r ventrical (questionable) and pressure is higher than normal very borderline. no major valves issues. should I be worried. I am 5/4 170 pds. work out 3 times a week.
It doesn't look like a major problem from your description. If your are able to upload the report then interpretation can be done in better manner. Also you look overweight so reducing weight would be one good option of decreasing the pressure. Also I suppose you don't smoke, snore during sleep or have any other symptoms like shortness of breath and joints pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sagar Makode
