What Could Fatigue Be With Nausea,stomach Pain And Appetite Loss While Having Normal BP?
Hello sir, Last few day i am feeling very weak, become so tired, I have checked my blood pressure which is normal, I cant eat an dsatisfy, it seems to me that if i eat karelle then i will eat, i have a few fever and a pain in my stomach, i am feeling vomiting all the day.

Hello & Welcome To HCM,
I had gone through your case and i found that you need to go for your blood test,Liver function test.It might be initial stage of Jaundice.If fever and stomach ach persist since more than 10 days then also go for Widal Test for conforming Typhoid Fever.After getting the correct diagnosis you can get the right treatment.Meanwhile you take Tab CROCIN 500mg/twice day and Tab Domoperidom with it.Hope my advice will be effective for you.
