What Could Fever With Wounds On Tongue Suggest?

hi doctor . my brother is suffering with fever..we have conshi doctor . my brother is suffering with fever..we have consulted a local doctor...blood test is normal..but his body temperature is now on 37.6 now...he have wounds in his tongue too...now he is using paracetamol and vitamin b complex tablets..sometimes his body temperature rises and slow down..body experiencing heat normal than as usual..is this any problem..please tell your opinion doctor..i am waiting

As per your complain there is a possibility that your brother is suffering from viral infection leading to fever and blisters on tongue.
I would suggest you to consult an Infectious Medicine specialist and get evaluated and he can advise you anti-viral drugs like Acyclovir ,Valcyclovir, Famicyclovir etc..
Continue taking Paracetamol for reducing fever..
He can be advised to gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine for relief from pain in sores in mouth..
Take multivitamins daily..
Take a soft diet..
Take ample of fluids and appropriate rest..
