What Could Frequent Headache, Mood Swings And Forgetfullness After Hard Hit On Head With MRI Being Normal Indicate?

I hit my head hard 8 month ago on concrete and got a massive flash then had concusion and felt like I was going to pass out, but didn t go to hospital at the time but got refurred to get a mri scan which came bacl clear. I have never felt the same since the accident, get headaches everyday all day, my doctor is trying to say its my health but I know its not, never had this type of headache before, also feeling very angry and dopey all the time and forget what I am doing, I ve tryed explaining it to my doctor but he dosent seem to be giving me an explaination why, I m pritty positive its because I didn t go to hospital when the inncident happened, could you help me please.

Hello,

Since the MRI resulted normal, you should not be worried about any serious brain injury.

In some cases, after head and brain trauma mood changes may result mostly know as post-traumatic stress disorder.

In my opinion, you should see a Psychologist and discuss with him about your concerns.
