What Could Hard Painful Bump Above Clitoris With History Of Cyst In Ovary, Blood In Urine Indicate?

I have a Hard painful bump under my skin right above my clitoris. I have also been told that I have a cyst on my ovary months ago, but was told that it will go away. In the last few days that pain has come back and this hard lump under my skin has appeared. Yesterday I had some blood in my urine I have no been able to pee today. This lump is extremely painful. What could this be and what should I do?

Its more likely to be due to folliculitis that is infection of hair follicle.
Painful genital lesion do cause urinary complaints.

I would suggest you following
1. Hot seitz bath thrice a day, every session 15 minutes
2. Local application of soframycin ointment
3. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide much needed relief.
