What Could It Be If Having Regular Diarrhoea With Occassional Constipation, Itchy Anus And A Clear Liquid Discharge?

I have bouts of diarrhoea regularly at least once a day, have done for years now. Occasionally I will be constipated and after a day or two have a normal looking stool. Recently I have been going to the toilet about 5 times a day to empty my bowels.I get trapped wind and usually need to rush to the toilet. Now the past two days also my anus has been itchy and I have noticed I am leaking a clear liquid discharge. What could my problems be?

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that you have the infection of the entamoeba hystolitica.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a colonoscopy for diagnosis .
I usually prescribe to my patie t with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprzole, domperidone, and lactic acid bacilli.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
