What Could Pain Below Ribs With Swelling Indicate, Have History Of Mastectomy?

I had a double mastectomy in October for Stage 1B Her2+ breast cancer. I was unable to tolerate chemotherapy after one cycle ( it almost killed my liver). I have pain near my rib cage and can palpate something underneath. It feels cord-like. Could it be a swollen lymph node? I think I also feel a lump in my neck on the same side as the rib pain. These new sensations are on the opposite side of my cancer, however, pathology on my opposite breast was pre-cancerous.

Pain underneath the ribs along with swelling in the neck could be metastasis which might be previously unrecognised.. Also it may be due to radiation osteitis.. Better to consult with your surgeon who had previously operated you,,
