What Could Pain In Back, Hip, Thigh And Groin Area After Hurting The Back Indicate?

I have had back, hip, thigh, groin and pubic pain since I hurt my back last year. I have had X-rays and MRIs but nothing shows and have been told there is nothing wrong with me. I have also been to physical therapy which did not help at all. I just may have found the answer on line, but not sure. My pain answer came up with Hip Flexor. I am always in discomfort. My doctor cannot find what the problem is so she has suggested I go on an anti inflammatory diet. UGH! Any suggestions?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
1. it looks to me that your MRI is showing no disease then you may be having muscular issue. I would suggest you to start back and hip muscle strengthening exercise.
2. Take a muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz when you feel pain during exercise.
3. Tablet Amytryptalin will take care of your pain and anxiety.
Physiotherapy treatment is a slow and steady method so have patience with this. Soon you will be normal.
