What Could Possible Cause Genital HSV 2?

My girlfriend has genital HSV 2. We never had sex or oral sex. All we ever did was make out, grope and rub each others' privates with clothes on, I sucked on her breasts, and I fingered her one time. Now I have genital HSV 2. How is this possible? And I know for a fact I didn't have it before her.

Hello,

I understand your concern for getting genital herpes. I know you must be wondering that how you got herpes without any direct sexual act.

TO tell you simply regarding the spreading of herpes- It can spread form skin to skin contact. If there are minor cuts or abrasions on skin then the active person can infect the other person.

I have seen that with vigorous rubbing or massage the skin over genital can become abraded and therefore can acquire the infection.

DO not worry herpes is simple problem and you can meet a dermatologist for further guidance.

All the best.
