What Could Pregnancy Symptoms Despite Regular Periods Indicate?

i had protected sex 4 months ago wich was my first time ive been bloated since. im having a regular period but i have pregnant symptoms like increase of appetite ,bloated ,constipation , constant peeing , fatigue , and loud rowaring in my stomach . my pregnacy test have been negative please help im only 17.

1) These are not symptoms of pregnancy alone.

2) There is no chance of pregnancy.

3) If still suspecting pregnancy, get serum beta hCG blood test done to confirm pregnancy if suspecting.
