Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sharp tingly feeling on a side of the head can be a nerve related issue if there is no history of trauma to the area. The swollen lymph nodes need an FNAC to detect the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
