Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Could Stomach And Shoulder Pain With Dizziness Indicate?
I have been having pains in my stomach, between the shoulder blades, lower back and my left hip. There's no throwing up or diarhhea. And when I bend over sometimes I get a little dizzy. Not sure what it could be thought it might of been a stomach bug but it's still ongoing been 3 days now. What can this be?
You may be suffering from BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) with gastritis. Use tablet Diligon twice a day for five days, do vestibular exercises. Also check for other causes of dizziness (cardiac, neurological, automatic et cetera).
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week, avoid spicy food, alcohol, and smoking.
If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
