What Could The Knot, Swelling And Red Bumps In Ear Denote?

I have a knot in front of my ear/earlobe on the left side. It is very painful and has caused my face on that side to swell. I also have a headache on that side and find it difficult to open my mouth wide without pain. I also have some small red bumps to appear on that side of my face and on my eye.
