What Could Vomiting Dry Blood During Migraine Attacks Indicate?

I suffer with migraines that make me vomit. On Friday I had a bad attack and was sick 6 times. The first two times I threw up what looked like lumps of dried blood. I had already digested my food. All that comes up usually in an attack like that is acid and liquid bile. Should I be worried?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, your all symptoms are due to uncontrolled migraine.
Frequent vomiting can cause friction bleeding. So no need to worry much for this bleeding.
Once your migraine is under control, your vomiting will also subside.
Migraine needs lifestyle modifications for better control.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
4. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
5. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
6. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
