What Could Watery Stool Be Along With Stomach Rumbling And Appetite Loss?
Hi, I have watery stools for a week now, I poo maybe once or twice only each day with this condition and have no urge to use the washroom or no abdomen pain only sometimes but rarely. My stomach is rumbling and I have no appetite but ill still try to eat. What's wrong!

From history it seems that you might be having gastro-intestinal infection giving rise this problem.
Take Ofloxacilin,tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Take light diet.
Take plenty of water.
