What Diet Is Suggested For Having Uric Acid Level Of 7.5?

Sir, i felt pain on my foot while walking. I got my blood tested suspecting i have uric acid. When I got my report I found that my uric acid was 7.5. At present what types of food should I take to eradicate this high range uric. Besides, now a days I am seeing that my left leg bone is getting pained every now and then specially while going for morning walk or so on. What suggestion may i expect from your side, Sir ? whether it may cause any harm in near future ? My age is 42+. I got tested just 2 months back. Height 5'6". I had minor urine problem just 7 months ago which was recovered by local MD doctor, and I also consulted with local nefro docotr about it. She assured after seeing my report that ther is no such problem now.

Don't take nonveg foods, less of low biological protein, no Dal's, no citrus fruits, no soy products. These all contain more uric acids. Control your protein intake.
