What Diet Should Be Followed To Avoid Acne ?
I am using clinmax gel along with acnoff soap from past 4 years continously but am still suffering from mediuum-worst acne..I started using isotrion 20 mg used 35 tabs(5 per week) still the conditionn is same.USED PERnex AC gel but it dried off my skin so doc told to avoid it.plzz suggest me diet coz i think its my diet thts causing me acne

You will need to see a dermatologist for this and yes it needs to be examined in person.Avoid fatty meals and drink lots of water to flush toxins.
